By purchasing a ticket to Midwest DJs Live, you’re securing your place within a community built on growth, connection, and elevated experiences. Please review the following policies carefully:

All Sales Are Final

Tickets to Midwest DJs Live are non-refundable. We encourage all attendees to plan accordingly, as we are unable to offer refunds for any

reason, including schedule conflicts, travel changes, or personal circumstances.

Deposit Policy

For those utilizing a payment plan, all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit guarantees your spot at the event and is applied toward your total balance.

Ticket Transfers

We understand that plans can change. Tickets may be transferred to another individual if you’re unable to attend.

Transfers must be completed prior to the event (recommended at least 72 hours in advance).

The original purchaser is responsible for coordinating any transfer.

Midwest DJs Live is not responsible for private transactions between parties.

Event Experience & Programming

Midwest DJs Live is committed to delivering a high-level experience. As such, we reserve the right to make adjustments to:

Schedule and programming

Speakers, performers, or presenters

Event layout or venue (within the same general area)

These enhancements are part of our commitment to delivering the best possible event and do not qualify for refunds.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event Midwest DJs Live must be canceled in full, ticket holders will be provided with options which may include:

Credit toward a future Midwest DJs Live event, or

A refund, issued at the discretion of the organizers

Admission & Conduct

Midwest DJs Live is built on professionalism and respect.

A valid ticket is required for entry.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with the values of our community—without refund.

Apparel considered offensive or political is not permitted.

Unauthorized Marketing & Suit-Casing

To protect the integrity of the Midwest DJs Live experience and our partners, unauthorized selling, promotion, or solicitation is strictly prohibited.

This includes “suit-casing” (promoting products or services without an official sponsorship or exhibitor agreement).

Distribution of marketing materials, business solicitation, or sales activity without prior written approval is not permitted.

Any individual found in violation may have their access revoked immediately, without refund.

Liability

By attending Midwest DJs Live, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with participation. The event organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Media Release

By attending, you grant Midwest DJs Live permission to capture and use photo/video content that may include your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.

Force Majeure

Midwest DJs Live is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, travel disruptions, venue issues, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
